Project Coordinator/ Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Manage monthly photoshoots, plan creative ideas, and working closely with the marketing team on upcoming photoshoots.
• Coordinate project management meetings, activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Maintain and build relationships with clients by presenting prompt and accurate service to grow customer loyalty.
• Deliver excellent customer service through a fast and accurate process of follow-up emails, communications, and coordinating to resolve inquiries.
• Communicating with customers via phone or email with exceptional customer service skills and solid product knowledge
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other cosmetic products and services
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop thoughtful and strategic execution plans
• Present, Sell, and increase sales with new or existing customers
• Responsible for planning and executing projects for the tradeshows; ASD, COSOMPROF, etc.
• Organize and maintain project files, hard copy and electronically, of cosmetic products/brands.
• Teamwork Oriented with the Marketing Manager and Global Sales Manager
• Ensures performance goals are met.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a project coordinator
• 1-2 years of on-the-job sales experience
• Team player – flexibility, good listener, problem solver, positive attitude, and good communication
• Strong/Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with other employees, customers, and vendors.
• Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), Business Objects, automated order entry systems, and other internet-based tools
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Prefer Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
